Website forms
Embed a form on your site and leads arrive in the CRM immediately, tagged with the page they came from.
Product
NexaFlow is a CRM for brokerages small enough that everyone knows each other and big enough that leads still fall through. Below is what it does today, and what is still being built — labelled, so you can tell which is which.
Lead capture
Every source writes to the same place, and every lead keeps the source it came from — so you can tell which listing, campaign or referral is actually producing.
Embed a form on your site and leads arrive in the CRM immediately, tagged with the page they came from.
A signed webhook endpoint per source. Anything Zapier can reach — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, a portal — can feed it today.
Phone and email are normalised before matching, so the same person arriving twice becomes one record with two touches, not two half-records.
One-click Meta, Google Lead Forms, LinkedIn and TikTok connections, without Zapier in the middle.
Lead lifecycle
A lead can only move where the stage rules allow, and each transition is written to the timeline with who made it and when. Disqualifying asks for a reason; reopening is allowed and recorded.
Captured, deduplicated against existing contacts, assigned an owner.
Someone has made contact and is actively chasing it.
Budget, timeline and intent are understood well enough to open a deal.
A deal now exists on the pipeline; the lead history stays attached.
Deals as columns you can move through, with value and close date on the card.
Route incoming leads to the right agent by source or round-robin, so nothing waits for someone to claim it.
Calls, notes and follow-ups on the contact record, with due dates that show up as today’s work.
Broker, agent and admin see what their job requires. Invitations are email-based with an expiring link.
Deals and follow-up
Monday morning should be reading a board, not rebuilding one. Deals, owners, next actions and overdue tasks are the same data your agents are already working from.
Email and the assistant
Mail sync and send are live. The assistant is described here because it is what comes next, not because it is finished.
Connect a mailbox and the last 90 days of Inbox and Sent come in. Each conversation is filed against the contact whose address is on it; mail with no contact stays private to you. Reply from the record and it goes out from your own address, in your own Sent folder. Attachments are listed but not yet stored; open tracking is not yet on.
An assistant that drafts follow-ups, summarises a long thread and flags which leads have gone quiet — with a person approving anything that reaches a client. Not yet switched on.
